Peacock's Tail Wire Wrapped Ring

Remember I wrote about Mei's (Wireblissmei.com) Heart to Heart Earrings Tutorial awhile back? So, here they are with two versions. One pair in the original design and the other with slight modification but still maintaining the heart shape. I used Millifiori and Japanese Tensha Beads at the bottom of the frame.
Wow.... when was the last time I updated my blog. Must be weeks ago. In the mood for making earrings for the past few days. Since the hands are itching and willing to work overtime, and with fresh ideas in mind, I'd better do something before the lazy bug hit me again.
Here are some pictures of custom made items for FY.

A pair of Diny Lacey Earrings embellished with Swarovski Pearls (Rosaline) and a matching pendant to go with it.
JC requested me to make a pair of this earrings based on the original piece that she showed me. It looked like a peacock, so I named it "Peacock Earrings". It was constructed with artistic wires in three colours (gunmetal, copper and brass) combination. Labels: Off Topic Rambles | at 4:37 PM
Hi gals,
Hope everyone's in the pink of health. This post is to let you know that Mei of http://www.wireblissmei.com has just came out with a new tutorial called Heart to Heart Earrings. She's giving a 30% discount and free tutorial (terms and conditions apply).
I was surfing the net on wire jewelry one day a long time ago and 'stumbled' on her blog. It was from her that I got my very first tutorial (Rose, Rose I Love You) and that started to inspire and motivate me to continue my passion for wire jewelry. Since then, I've got most of her tutorials. The technique she uses includes wrapping, weaving and coiling. Her tuts are very easy to follow, complete with step by step well written instructions and clear photographs to guide you to complete the project.
So.... what are you waiting for? Go ahead and check out her blog now.
Have a cheerful day,
~ Emily ~
