Czech Fire Polish Beads Dangle

Completed this pair of earrings two days ago but did not post the pictures until today. The lazy bug hit me for the past few days and am now suddenly feeling a bit giddy.... well anyway...
This earring is not for sale as it's for my personal collection. It is my most favourite pair so far. It's made of anti tarnish silver artistic wire and the diamond shape frame is surrounded by sterling silver beads. I just loved the lacey part in the middle surrounding the turquoise round flat bead. The ear wires are also hand formed and I made a bit longer as my ear lobe is thick and the ear hole is pricked at a higher level of the ear lobe.
Don't know when I'll be wearing it as I prefer to wear ear studs all the time. Maybe I'll keep it until a special occassion calls for it.

Kept myself occupied for the last two days as I completed two pairs of lacey earrings. The lacey design comes from Diny of Natural Jewels. I first made the frames which was hammered to give it strength , then the laces which is eventually wrapped onto the frames.
These gorgeous and eye catching earrings are intricately handwoven, and with variations they will certainly look quite different. I named them after the designer.

Hi ..... I would like to apologise for the long silence after my last posting. I promised to share the photographs of my trip to my sister in-law's resort cum fruit orchard ..... so, here they are.
This place of hers is situated at Asahan, Jasin in Melaka. We depart from her house in Klebang at about 4.45pm and as we arrived, it was almost 6.00pm as we made a few stops along the way.
