Hello.... hello everyone (my relatives, loyal friends, fans & followers, etc)
Been busy for the past one week
so that explains the lack of updates in my blog.
Since I have nothing to share for the time being,
I would like to take this opportunity to
wish you all a magical festive season filled with loving wishes and beautiful thoughts and may the year 2011 bring tidal wave of love, happiness and bright futures.
MERRY X-MAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR
With warmest regards and God Bless you all.

Agatha Earrings
I'm back with this newly completed pair of earrings, made with love, passion and patience.
I named it Agatha so that it's easy for me to remember the name and
because it's adorned with
Banded Agate Gemstone 20mm round bead,
Carnelian as well as Swarovski Crystals.
Each gemstone piece is natural, therefore no two pieces are alike.
I've also used Natural Copper Artistic Wire to craft this earring.
Remake of this design is possible with the availability of materials used above.
Another Mookaite Carved Flower .... Bracelet (Personal Collection)
So.... this is the bracelet I completed and mentioned earlier and is ready to be worn by me =)
Once again, I used Gun Metal Artistic Wire to bring out the colours of the gemstones that I've used to adorn this bracelet. It's a bit of hard work here doing the frames and the netting for the background, and not to mention the amount of wire used but it's worth my time and energy. I so like this very much! And I hope you do, too.
More of Mookite Carved Flower Pendant - Consignment Piece
Today is Sunday and I don't have to cook. Just for today, I'll "ta pau" and it's not
that I do this very often though. The children and my nieces are out to watch "Narnia"
and my whole house is like so quite, except for the sound from the tv and
the queen mother (aka my mum) watching the program, C.S.I.
You must be wondering why I am making a repetition of this. Well........ I like the carved flower too much to stash it away ;). Oh... by the way, there's more to come... in the form of a bracelet
which I made for myself.
The focal bead is accompanied by turquoise, carnelian, coral, Czech leave beads as well as onyx.
I've used Gun Metal Artistic Wire and a matching viking knitted rope necklace to go with the pendant.
Thanks for looking!
Mookite Carved Flower Oval Pendant - Consignment Piece
Mookite Carved Flower Copper Round Pendant - Consignment Piece
This is for sharing......another consignment piece, a round pendant with netted background with Mookite Carved Flower Gemstone bead as the focal with a Viking Knitted rope necklace.
Other smaller gemstone beads was also used to adorn the pendant.
The netted background was inspired by Borneo Queen's
and Mastura's (whimsicalnquirky) pieces.
so kindly please bear with me for the moment.
Thanks for looking!
Viking Knitted Bracelet with Keishi Pearls - Consignment Piece
Okay, so here is couple of pictures of a bracelet I made using the viking knitting technique but instead of leaving it plain and simple, I've added Keishi Pearls as well as multi-colour Swarovski Crystal Bicones to make it more pretty. Going to make a matching short necklace to go with it.
Thanks for looking!
Gemstones Briolette Earrings - Consignment Pieces
Oh boy!...... I waited for a very, very, very long time to upload these photos. The connection has been very slow for the past two days and I'm having problem uploading pics to my facebook as well. Anyway, here are some photos (which I promised to upload) of earrings I completed as consignment pieces. There are more to come !
Hello....

Hello...hello... I'm back but still facing the same problem with the function of the keyboard. Couldn't resolve the problem so I could only get the correct alphabets that I wanted when I press the Shift + Ctrl keys simultaneously. I was feeling so frustrated for the past one week or so due to this but nevertheless I was able to complete some wirework projects.
School holidays are here to stay for another month or so until the school term reopens on 3rd January, if am not mistaken. I'm stuck here in Seremban with no where to go.... but it's good, though, I can carry out more wirework crafts. Christmas is another 22 days more to go...... so am sure everyone is busy shopping for gifts for their loved ones. And we'll be ushering in the year 2011 (Year of the Rabbit) right after that. Talking 'bout festivals, the Chinese New Year will also take place, in the first week of February 2011. Can't imagine how fast time flies!!! And it'll be another year for me since starting this jewelry blog.
So.... enough of my ramblings. I'll be updating my blog with some pictures of my pretties that I've completed as consignment pieces.
Until then..... have a nice and enjoyable weekend!
And happy shopping........ everyone.
A Short Break.....

Will be back as soon as I can.
Black Obsidian Ear Studs
Butterfly Dreams Earrings
This tutorial was one of the first I purchased when I got serious with wire work craft. It is only now that I managed to do the weave as it is different from other weaves I've learned. I have tried many times and was on the verge of giving up when I browse through all my tutorials. I preservered and I am very happy that I finally managed to do it. Hurray!
The earrings is called "Butterfly Dreams" (cos' there's a butterfly) and this design comes from it's designer, Jenny Pong of http:// www.jennypong.com.
Butterfly Dreams is handcrafted with natural copper plated artistic wire
and Swarovski Butterfly Crystal.
3-D Layer Vine Ring with Reversible Weave
Hmm.......Zzzzz.......waited for more than half an hour just to upload these pictures! While waiting for it to be uploaded, I 'went' elsewhere.
I luv...luv...luv this ring! Sad to say it's not my design as it belongs to Mohd Hilmi of www.emikaz.blogspot.com. It was sometime ago that I got his tutorial but does not have the guts to make an attempt at it as it looked complicated to me at THAT time. Now that its been done, I find it's not that intimidating at all.
red coral and 14K gold filled beads.
with Crazy Lace Agate Teardrop shape bead and 14K gold filled beads.
Thanks for looking & have a nice day!

Fuchsia Bloom Pendant
I've got time on my hands, so this is what came out - a 3D looking Fuchsia Bloom Pendant. This pendant uses a slightly modified herringbone technique with lots of wire. I've used two different gauges of wire for this floral pendant.
This one's for keeps.
The pendant measures approximately 5.5cm in length and 3cm at its widest part (the petal).
Update on Christmas Charity Bazaar
Labels: Off Topic Rambles | at 3:19 AM
Phew........ I finally completed the projects for the Christmas Charity Bazaar. My pretties are all packed and ready to be despatched to the organising chairperson of Leo Club. They are to be sold during the event, from 17th - 19th December (proposed date) at Subang Parade (proposed venue). Please go to www.f-expressions.blogspot.com for further details.
Here is a glimpse of what I've done - some are repetitions of my creations
but there are two new ones.
Sparkly "O" Studs done in anti-tarnish silver plated copper artistic wire and coloured Swarovski Crystals. I've done a pair or two as a prototype previously when I first purchased the tutorial .
This design comes from Mei of www.wireblissmei.com
This is my own design, Amazonite Vintage Style Copper Earrings
- crafted with natural copper artistic wire and
Natural Amazonite Gemstone Teardrop/Round Beads.
This is all I can blog about in the mean time.
Thank you for reading this and since tomorrow (Deepavali) is a holiday,
have a wonderful holiday every one !

Christmas Charity Bazaar
Labels: Off Topic Rambles | at 5:48 AM
Busy........ as a bee (well.... not really!)
Just to share with all of you that I'll be (or rather my pretties) participating in the upcoming Christmas Charity Bazaar, organised by the LEO Club of Petaling Jaya Integrity (O). The proposed date and venue for the event is from 17th to 19th of December 2010 to be held at Subang Parade Shopping Centre.
I'll be sending some of my pretties to be sold at the bazaar itself as well as making some to be given as gifts to respective charitable organisations. You may log on to www.f-expressions.blogspot.com to find out further information.
Ok......right after this I'll have to get back to my work table to continue the crafting so that I can complete them (I hope) in a few days and send them off earlier.
Will share the pictures of the completed pieces when am done with them.
Thanks for taking the time to read. Have a nice weekend everyone!
Green Jasper Copper Pendant - Wedding Gift

Aventurine Sparkly Ring - Custom Order

Thanks NG!
Addicted to Viking Knitting technique ...
Oops.......I've done it again - the disappearing act, I mean. Didn't learn any new techniques lately but got myself addicted with the viking knitting technique. Have I gone crazy or what......?
When I first purchased the tutorial (from Jan Raven), I was a little intimidated by the technique and was wondering where I could get the draw plate (the wooden tool to draw the cord) with various sizes drilled into them. Finally I found an idea ....... the small wooden plank/board my son had used to practice his Taekwon-do kicking/punching technique and as I don't have a drill at home, I had requested nicely to someone to drill the various holes for me.
So, here are a couple of pics that I took of the bangles/bracelets that I completed few days ago.
They're hand knitted with brass and silver plated anti-tarnish copper artistic wire and adorned with Murano Glass Beads in red and black and finished with 3D Tulip end caps and handforged clasp.
I kind of like this bangle and would probably do one for myself later.
I don't know when I'll be able to update my blog again as I'll be busy for the next one week or so as I've got some projects to complete for a charity bazaar organised by the Leo Club in KL. But definitely, I'll be back.
Have a nice weekend, everyone!
